Mt Pleasant and James Island have median home prices well above $200/sqft. Johns Island traffic woes are solved for now. However, the new construction boom there will soon require more solutions.

The software and IT industries are flourishing in what many call Silicon Harbor. Certainly, new restaurants and craft breweries are opening everyday. And tourism continues unabated. Therefore, 2019 looks to be even better.
