Russ was recommended by a retired real estate professional who was insistent that I interview realtors who had professional certifications as well as strong sales results. Since I was based 4 hours away, I had to have a realtor who would not just set up appointments, also keep an eye on the property. Russ met repairmen to give them access as well as follow up to make sure the repairs were completed. He kept me up to date on prospects and their interests/concerns.
